  The property was clean, modern and equipped with modern facilities. The location is excellent, close to mini markets, cafes and some restaurants, about 4 min walk to the beach. Very close to bus stops that connect you to many central areas in Tel Aviv, within average time of about 20 mins, and very high frequency of those bus lines (every 5 mins). Many shared e-scooters can be found around, and convenient bicycle lanes in the area. The owners were super friendly and helpful.
