The apartment itself is just perfect. Brand new, very clean, there is everything you need for staying during your trip. Perfect location in the heart of Tel Aviv in a newly renovated building, next to everything you need (bus stops, parkings, shops, cafes and restaurants) and at the same time located on a not noisy street.
  I would definitely stay there my next time (if the apartment will be available).

Light rail and a lot of bus stations are a couple minutes away. Fancy a walk on Rotschild Boulevard to Neve Tzedek? It's all right around the corner. Restaurants are great and plentiful. The street itself is very quiet. The flat itself is mostly fine. Design is ok. Everything's working, mostly. Bed is ok.
