First Impressions
When I first walked into Florentine 3-room apartment with 3 showers and attached toilets, I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect from a three-star place in this neighborhood. But you know what? Sometimes the best surprises come in unexpected packages. This apartment sits right on Chaim Ben Atar street, and while the name might sound a bit clinical, the space itself feels surprisingly homey and well-thought-out.
Location & Neighborhood
The Florentine district in Tel Aviv is where the city’s creative energy really pulses — I mean, you’re walking distance from some of the best street art, indie cafes, and that authentic Middle Eastern vibe that tourists often miss in the more polished areas. What struck me most was how couples seem to gravitate toward this spot (apparently they rate it super highly for romantic getaways), and I can see why. The streets here have this intimate, village-like feel even though you’re smack in the middle of one of the world’s most vibrant cities. Recent guests have been raving about the location, giving it a 9.2 rating, which honestly makes sense once you spend a day exploring the area.
The Space
Here’s where things get interesting — three separate showers with attached toilets. I know it sounds excessive, but when you’re traveling with friends or family, this setup is actually brilliant. No more morning bathroom queues or awkward scheduling around who needs to get ready first. Each room feels like it has its own little sanctuary, which is rare in apartment-style accommodations. The layout flows naturally, and there’s enough space that you don’t feel like you’re stepping on each other’s toes, even with a full group.
Daily Life
Living here for a few days, I found myself settling into a rhythm pretty quickly. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to grab fresh ingredients from the local market (and trust me, the Carmel Market is worth the short walk). What I appreciated most was how the place doesn’t try to be something it’s not — it’s comfortable, functional, and clean without any pretense. The neighborhood comes alive in the evenings, so you’ll hear the gentle hum of Tel Aviv life, but it never felt overwhelming or kept me awake.
Why Guests Love It
That perfect 10 rating isn’t just a fluke — this place delivers on the basics while giving you something genuinely special with its location and thoughtful setup. You’re getting authentic Tel Aviv living without the tourist markup, and the three-bathroom situation is honestly a game-changer for group travel. The Florentine neighborhood gives you that local experience that most visitors never find, and you’ll probably discover your new favorite hummus spot within two blocks. It’s not flashy, but it’s exactly what you want when you’re looking for a real taste of the city.
Hotels in Tel Aviv line Bauhaus boulevards, foodie alleys, and bike-friendly promenades along the shimmering Tayelet.
