First Impressions
Walking into Geula Suites BY RAPHAEL HOTELS, you immediately get that boutique vibe — it’s not trying to be flashy, just comfortable and well-thought-out. The lobby has this relaxed, residential feel that makes sense once you realize you’re essentially staying in suites rather than traditional hotel rooms. I mean, it’s a three-star property, so don’t expect marble everything, but there’s something refreshingly unpretentious about the whole setup.
Location That Actually Matters
Here’s the thing about staying on Haari Street in Tel Aviv — you’re literally in the thick of everything without the chaos of being right on the beach strip. You can walk to Rothschild Boulevard in about five minutes, hit the Carmel Market when you want that authentic local experience, and still get to the beach without breaking a sweat. Couples seem to really get this location (they rate it 9.0, which honestly makes sense), probably because you can easily bounce between the cultural stuff and the nightlife without needing taxis everywhere.
The Suite Experience
The room setup here is what sets this place apart from your typical hotel stay. These are actual suites with separate living areas, which gives you space to spread out — something you don’t realize you miss until you have it again. The kitchenette isn’t going to win any design awards, but it’s functional enough for morning coffee or storing leftovers from those massive Tel Aviv portions. The beds are comfortable, and you know what? Sometimes that’s all you really need after walking around the city all day.
Neighborhood Insights
What I love about this area is how it feels authentically Tel Aviv without being touristy. You’ve got local cafes where people actually work on their laptops, small galleries tucked into side streets, and that perfect mix of old Bauhaus architecture and modern energy. The Nachalat Binyamin pedestrian mall is right there for weekend browsing, and if you’re into the whole startup scene, you’re walking distance from where a lot of that action happens. It’s one of those locations where you feel like you’re experiencing the real city, not just visiting it.
Why Guests Love It
Look, this is a boutique property — it’s something better for exploring Tel Aviv. The staff actually knows the neighborhood and can point you toward places that aren’t in every guidebook. The suite layout means you’re not cramped into a tiny room like you might be at some of the pricier hotels closer to the beach. And honestly, that location score of 9.1 isn’t just marketing speak — when you can walk to Dizengoff, the port area, and old Jaffa without needing to plan your whole day around transportation, you start to understand why people keep coming back here. It’s the kind of place that works whether you’re here for business, a romantic getaway, or just want to soak up the Tel Aviv vibe without paying beach hotel prices.

good location
The staff was very helpful and up to date. Only 1 hour took the visit to check not working air condition and the next day we were moved to another (better) location.
Place
Beautiful view. The people at the reception are very friendly, welcoming. Small but nice apartment.
Watch out about the localization in the map is different than the address in the description. Anyway the localization is nearby beach about 700 meters. The air conditioner is working. They let us stay 2h after the check out, I appreciate that.
