The building itself has character, and honestly, that’s exactly what you want when you’re staying in the heart of Tel Aviv.

Here’s the thing about staying on Nahalat Binyamin — you’re literally in the pulse of the city. The location was exactly what we were looking for
The location is quite good, right at the entrance to the Carmel Market. Approx. 10-15 mins walking to the beach. Our apartment was on the 2nd floor and unlike some other guests experiences (from the comments) we were not hearing much of street noise.
The apartment was clean, there were towels, some basic little cosmetics. When we run out of toilet paper, we asked for more and very soon a cleaning staff delivered it to our apartment. We asked for washing powder and they brought us some too, very appreciated.
The owner is easily reachable (if only it's not Shabbat), friendly and willing to help and provide what you need.
The A/C works perfectly and we appreciated cool air in the apartment after spending some time in the hot wave outside (we had A/C in the kitchen, living room and the bedroom).

Great location, close to the beach, yet central. Nice house and overall cute flat.
The location is excellent. At least three restaurants are situated next door, and Carmel Market is just a stone's throw away. Lots of restaurants on Allenby and Nahalat Binyamin, and Rothschild Avenue and Port Said are just a few blocks away. The beach at the other direction is so close! Basically where the lodging is located, one can go in any direction and hit commercial areas. Dizengoff is also a convenient walk going north-northeast. The espresso machine and the kitchen are great.
