  Everything was perfect: the appartment itself, the view from the balcony, the equipment in the kitchen, the short walk to the beach and the very nice hosts!

  There was a poor review of this property posted after I had booked, so I didn’t notice it until after I had arrived. Sadly, It proved to be all too accurate. It’s marketed as high end, cosy and luxurious, by the beach. Well, it's five minutes from the nearest beach, and I can cope with that. Though half the area is currently fenced off for building work. That’s not the owner of apartment’s fault. But the dust, stains, peeling plaster and dirt inside are. The building itself is nice -and so could the apartment be, if it was looked after. There’s also a mosque, just over the road, with accompanying muezzin through the day and night. Description says it’s during the day only. Advertised as charming and specious- well I think it should say spacious but specious certainly applies to the description. Cosy charming, high end. Recently renovated.   Хозяин квартиры первые дни был на связи.заселение прошло без проблем.комплекс закрыт воротами с кодовым замком- это безопасно.
  Месторасположение -прямо в городке Яффо,рядом набережная и пляж.в квартире есть кухня и можно готовить самим.Большой балкон с видом на мечеть.есть стиральная машинка на балконе.

  Отличные апортаменты, студия + спальня. Очень большой балкон, приятно посидеть вечером с бутылочкой вина. Все достаточно новое, в подъезде лифт, удобно для пожилых людей. Безопасность на высоком уровне, посторонние не смогут попасть даже во двор. Есть бесплатная парковка. Внутри есть все необходимое, кондиционер, стиральная машина, холодильник, микроволновка, газовая плита, чайник кофеварка и посуда, большой телевизор. До пляжа метров 350, На пяже в основном местные рускоязычные. Через пару дней начнете узнавать друг друга и здороваться. До остоновки 150 метров, Рядом с остоновкой пару небольших магазинов в одной остановке на юг магазин Елисеевский, с русскими продуктами. Большая часть продуктов действительно из России, но сам магазин выглядит внутри как магазины в России в 90х годах, винтажный вид и хамоватые тетки- продавцы. Можно сходить вспомнить молодые годы. За окном квартиры мечеть, при закрытом балконе в спальне муэдзина не слышно, во всяком сдучае я не проснулся ниразу.

  Отличная квартира. Новый дом, прекрасная современная планировка. Терасса с боковым видом на море. Огромный телевизор в гостиной с приставкой для фильмов из интернета. Удобный санузел с ванной. Очень понравился мини парк у моря, пляж и 2 ресторана: первый – «Cassis» с шикарным видом на закат, второй «Старик и море», где бесплатный аппетайзер такого объема и разнообразия, что после него можно блюда и не заказывать). Так же понравилась набережная для прогулок и пробежек. Все это обеспечивает высокое качество отдыха. Удаленный check-in без встречи с хозяином позволяет заехать в квартиру и выехать из неё в любое время. Интернет очень бодрый за исключением спальни, видимо из-за того, что спальня армирована до уровня бомбоубежища. Но мобильная связь и мобильный интернет в спальне ловит. Отдельное спасибо за то, что хозяева готовы получить оплату наличными при заезде. Это существенно облегчает бронирование. Особенно для россиян, которые меня поймут. Хозяева Алина и Том доброжелательны. Алина, кстати, говорит по русски.

  Eine absolut empfehlenswerte Wohnung in einer schönen Wohnanlage. Die Einrichtung ist stylisch und praktisch. Großes Wohnzimmer, großer Balkon mit Meerblick. Alles war super sauber.

  环境优雅，交通便利，卫生干净整洁，屋里设施超出预期（有很方便操作的洗衣机、厨房设施完备），房间宽敞舒适，房东服务细心周到温馨。尤其是卧室考虑到了早晨的声音干扰，设计了非常隔音的门。所有设施操作简便，入门系统简单便捷。附近就有超市，很晚才关门。
