  Great location, just outside Old Jaffa, with the bus stop for the train station just outside the building. The Old Port, plenty of restaurants and shops are within walking distance, as is the promenade and most of the important sites in Tel Aviv.
  Check in was easy and flexible. Arik is a nice host, he was very easy to communicate with, he provided all the info and answered all our questions.
  The apartment was quite a nice surprise: very comfortable, spacious and equipped with everything you might need , even for a longer stay. Even Alexa, to assist you, whether it's for the electricity control. the curtains or to play some music. 🙂 The balcony also is very nice and has a seating area.
  I totally recommend it and would definitely be my first choice next time in Tel Aviv.

  Beautiful property with everything you need. There’s a big balcony which gets the sun all afternoon. Two bathrooms was great as well. From the moment we booked the communication with Polly and Omar was the best. Omar even came to show us in! Throughout our stay they could not have been more helpful. It’s around 15 min walk to the sea and 10 to the flea market where there are lots of restaurants.

  Amazing 1 bedroom apartment which was fully equipped for long summer family stay! Arik was very kind and gave us a lot of information how to use appliances, where're the groceries, beach, walking areas, buses, restaurants and many other advices. There're a lot of helpful home appliances and gadgets which make your stay comfortable: air conditioner in all rooms, washing machine, electric dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, water bar with filtered hot and cold water, microwave, oven, advanced vacuum cleaner, Alexa assistant, Netflix, Spotify music and many other. Arik also gave us local sim card with good Internet and calls around Israel and it was included to the price of stay! Wi-Fi in the apartment is strong so I easily managed to run video calls for my job, send emails and connect to my remote drives without any problems. Also there is full set of towels, bed linens, showing gels and shampoo. Special towels for the beach. The beach in Jaffo is 10 min walk, near the Clock Tower. Also there is an interesting flea market near the Clock Tower. There're few bus stations near the apartment which could take you to Tel Aviv center, Bat Yam, railway stations and many other destinations (train is great to travel to Jerusalem). There is nice terrace where you could have morning coffee or seat with the friends. Free parking is 3 min walk from the apartment on the field near church. When we finished our stay we just leaved the keys and the sim card on the table and closed the door.

  Perfect stay- new spacious apartment, smart technologies, with convenient garage. Right in the hart of Jaffa, perfect location. Apartment much nicer than on the photos, great value for price.

  It’s the second time when we stayed in this appartment. Everything was perfect. The appartment is clean, spacious, very comfortable. Fully equipped with all necessary facilities for cooking, washing and entertaining. Great location in 5 minute distance to the Old city and restaurants and cafes. Very nice and helpful host.

  We were looking for an opportunity to stay around Jaffo and this flat is perfectly located: not exactly in the old town but literally 3 mins away. The apartment is very nicely appointed and everything one might need was well thought through. The underground parking was a huge bonus. The host has provided a very clear video instructions followed by messages confirming codes etc. Overall – great place, highly recommended.

  At first the location is brilliant. Its residential, quite area close to the beaches and 600m from the flea market where restaurants and shops are located. At second the apartment is new, beautiful, comfy and greatly equipped. At third the host is very nice and helpful person, who left for us wine behind in the fridge and provided local SIM card.

  Great apartment in the heart of Yaffo, very close to the Old Port.
  The host allowed early check-in, we easily got the keys from the lobby security guard at 7:00 in the morning – right upon arrival from the airport.
  The kitchen had all necessary basics – cooking oil, all utensils, even Nespresso coffee for the coffee machine.
  Several bus stops are just about 50-250 meters away from the entrance, several shops open till quite late are also nearby.
  Wifi is very good, water always hot, air conditioning perfectly working.
