First Impressions
Walking up to Ofek’s place – NOGA on Ruchama Street, you immediately get that “local secret” vibe that makes Tel Aviv so special. This three-star spot doesn’t try to be flashy — instead, it’s got this understated charm that honestly feels more authentic than some of the bigger hotels in the city. The building itself has that classic Tel Aviv character, and you can tell right away that this place is more about genuine hospitality than corporate polish.
Location & Neighborhood
Here’s the thing about the location — it’s actually incredible, and the numbers back it up with a 9.5 location score. You’re right in one of Tel Aviv’s top-rated areas, which means you can walk to the beach, hit up the best hummus spots, and explore the Carmel Market without dealing with taxis or buses. I mean, couples are rating this location a perfect 10, and after spending time in the neighborhood, I totally get why. The street itself is quiet enough that you’ll actually sleep well, but you’re still close enough to hear the city’s energy when you want it.
The Room Experience
The room setup here is pretty thoughtful — nothing fancy, but everything you actually need is there. What I appreciated most was how clean and well-maintained everything felt, which honestly matters more than having marble countertops or whatever. The space feels lived-in but cared for, if that makes sense, and there’s enough storage that you won’t be living out of your suitcase the whole time. The windows let in great natural light, and you know what? Sometimes that’s all you really need to feel comfortable somewhere.
Daily Life & Amenities
One thing that sets this place apart is how it feels like you’re staying in someone’s carefully curated space rather than a generic hotel room. The amenities are practical — you’ve got reliable WiFi, decent water pressure, and air conditioning that actually works (crucial in Tel Aviv summers). There’s no fancy spa or elaborate breakfast spread, but there’s something refreshing about a place that focuses on getting the basics absolutely right instead of trying to be everything to everyone.
Why Guests Love It
The 8.3 rating really tells the story here — people leave happy because their expectations are set correctly and then exceeded in small, meaningful ways. It’s the kind of place where you feel like you’re experiencing Tel Aviv the way locals do, not through some tourist filter. The value is solid, the location is unbeatable, and honestly, Ofek clearly knows how to make people feel welcome without being overwhelming about it. If you’re looking for authentic Tel Aviv vibes without breaking the bank, this spot delivers exactly what it promises.
Hotel in Tel Aviv reservations surge before White Night and Marathon weekend, so travelers secure rooms well in advance.

What Our Guests Say
The location is fantastic, NOGA Area, FLORENTINE Area, JAFFA-Yafo, EIN-TSEDEK, KEREM Hateimanim, Shuk Hacarmel, Nachlat Binyamin, All the above are a top ten of- A Must Walk About Them! And the beaches of course !!:)
The Location of the Studio is in the old part of The Noga Area-right by the most beautiful Old Stone Paved Parade fullof pretty Cafes best Foods and magic atmoshere. The Studio itself is hidden in a small street with a next door building going through renovations :), yet inside- the studio is a perfect little Holiday House. Very Cosy: Great Lighting in lounge!! and in kitchen and bathroom. Good Airconditioner in this downstaris floor. Lovely soft lounges (sofas). Good beds in the upstairs bedroom - although there's only one bed room with 2 Double Beds, it suited us well, small bed lights, one standing light, Airconditioner, big window into the space above the lounge area, pillows, blankets bed sheets and you can ask for some extra towles if you stay long enough. Great TV- with music and many many channels. Good kitchenette, with electric hotplates benchtop cooker, some plates few soup bowls, some cooking products, spices, Dish wash liquid and floor liquid cleaning which I used to clean the toilet :). Washing Machine with a Dryer Function (that over dries the wash load) washing liquid and softner/conditioner. Frying pans, wok, and small cooking pot. Cooking Utensils, Microwave Oven, Coffee machine- although we didn't use it. Sandwich toaster, normal bread toaster. Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Shower Towels and Hand Towels. The aesthetics' arrangements in the studio are lovey :). Good Fridge.
Noam the Manager of this apartment is kind and happy to help with everything :).
We stayed 3 weeks, and I managed to discover the areas around by walking everywhere and at every hour of the evening without a fright, on my own. Public transport is great too.
The location is excellent, a short walk from the light rail, Jaffa port, Tel Aviv beach, supermarkets, Bloomfield stadium and M&H distillery. Communication was easy with quick response times
A brand new, very well maintained apartment on two floors. Also suitable for three (or four?). Everything was very clean, great location, very friendly and helpful landlord.
Clean apartment. Designer bathroom. Nice kitchen with good appliances that exceeded my expectations ( I'm surprising but the landlord could have paid more attention to this in his information about the apartment). Huge TV ( over 60") with Netflix subscription. Comfortable bedroom.
Ofek was available to any questions or help!
The property is beautiful, You don’t need anything else.
location is perfect!
This is a small apartment in the historical part of Tel Aviv (jaffa). It's cute and comfortable for a couple, or friends. The host is extremely nice and helpful. The price is reasonable.
Convenient location in nice area, close to the restaurants, very helpful and friendly owner.
Note: in the apartment there are two levels, you enter from the street directly into the living room (with resting area with large TV set, kitchenette, and bathroom), bedroom is upstairs (the only window in the bedroom is opened to the living room).
I think this place is best place for a couple or single travellers.
Our host was very friendly and caring. The apartment was cosy and clean. And the advice for the restaurant was a perfect one :)
