  The concierge in reception was so very helpful, as we were struggling to make an online payment for a fine we had been given in Jerusalem earlier in the day. It had put a real dampener on our day, which was my husband's birthday and supposed to be a happy day, and we were worried that we might not be allowed to leave the country if it wasn't paid. We didn't understand Hebrew and the website was not in English. We were panicking, but the concierge sat down and went through the whole process with us, so we got it paid and were able to enjoy the rest of the day. He saved the day!

  Apartment in one of the best locations of tel aviv beach and the room with balcony has that pretty view of the sea, good stay for two people. Everyone working is friendly and helpful!
