Here’s where this place really shines. You’re about a ten-minute walk from Rothschild Boulevard, which is basically Tel Aviv’s main artery for cafes, restaurant, and that famous Bauhaus architecture everyone talks about. But more importantly, you’re in a real neighborhood where you’ll hear Hebrew conversations drifting from balconies and smell someone’s Friday night dinner cooking. The beach is maybe fifteen minutes on foot — not beachfront, sure, but close enough that you can easily pop back for a shower between beach sessions and evening plans.

Neighborhood Life

What I loved most was how this area comes alive in the evenings. There’s a little corner store right around the block where the owner will remember your face after two visits, and the local restaurants scene is incredible — you’re walking distance from some seriously good shakshuka spots that tourists never find. The couples who stay here definitely have the right idea; it’s romantic in that authentic, lived-in way rather than the polished hotel romance. You can grab wine from the nearby shop and sit on nearby Rothschild’s benches watching the city buzz around you.

  Rothschild-Tel Aviv studio is an ABSOLUTE GEM. Joseph the owner is right nearby for any question big or small, so kind and accommodating. The studio is beautifully appointed with kitchenette, lovely balcony. Mine looked out onto foliage and quiet street. It’s amazing how quiet and peaceful the apartment is given its proximity to Rothschild (a stone’s throw). Groceries, cafes, restaurants all nearby. Walkable to Neve Tzedek, Nahalat Binyamin, Beach, Carmel market. (And for you Americans out there… I’ve never had such amazing hot water pressure anywhere in Israel ;)). You simply cannot go wrong at Rothschild Studios. Thank you for a beautiful stay. ❤️

  The location is very conveniently situated in the centre of Tel Aviv. Check-in and check-out were very friendly and easy. Many things in walking distance, you can easily take an e-scooter to get around quicker. Supermarkets are very close.

  Great host and amazing location. Some of the biggest tour agencies pick you up from Rothschild, so you'll have no problems getting to the meeting point, and you can pretty much walk to everywhere "touristy", too. And if you're a Mediterranean like me, you'll love the balcony.
