SeaNet Hotel By AFI Hotels Overview
First Impressions
Walking into SeaNet Hotel By AFI Hotels, you immediately get that feeling of being right where you want to be in Tel Aviv. It’s not trying to be something it isn’t — this three-star property knows exactly what it offers and does it well. The lobby has a clean, modern feel without any unnecessary fuss, and honestly, that’s refreshing when you just want a solid base for exploring the city.
Location That Actually Matters
Here’s the thing about Ness Ziona Street — you’re literally in the heart of everything that makes Tel Aviv special. I mean, couples are rating this location 9.3 out of 10, and after spending time here, I totally get why. You can walk to the beach, hit up the Carmel Market for some incredible street food, or just wander through the Bauhaus architecture that makes this city so unique. The neighborhood has that perfect mix of local life and tourist-friendly spots, so you’re not stuck in some sterile hotel district.
The Room Experience
The room itself is exactly what you’d expect from a well-run three-star — clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed without any pretense. The beds are actually comfortable (you know how hit-or-miss that can be), and there’s enough space to spread out your stuff without feeling cramped. What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays despite being in such a central location — the windows do their job of keeping the city buzz at bay when you need to recharge.
Morning Fuel
The buffet breakfast is one of those pleasant surprises that makes your whole day start better. It’s not fancy, but it covers all the bases with fresh options and some local touches that remind you where you are. You’ll find everything from fresh vegetables and cheeses to pastries and coffee that’s actually worth drinking. The dining area gets good morning light, which honestly makes even simple breakfast feel more special when you’re on vacation.
Why Guests Love It
Look, SeaNet Hotel isn’t going to blow you away with over-the-top amenities or luxury touches — but that’s sort of the point. What it does is give you a reliable, comfortable place to sleep in one of the best locations in Tel Aviv, without charging you five-star prices. The staff knows the area well and can point you toward the good stuff, whether that’s the best hummus place nearby or how to get to Jaffa without getting lost. It’s the kind of place where you spend your time exploring the incredible city outside, then come back to a room that just works.

Oqb from Germany (8/10)
Excellent location to beach and easy too reach most central sites by foot or short scooter rides.
The staff was extremely friendly.
The room was quiet, window clean (not always the case in TLV). My room had a modest view of the sea.
The room and its bathroom was adequate in size. Bed was comfortable enough. Bathroom clean.
My ratings of an accommodation are based on value-at-time-of-booking.
When I booked, SeaNet was among the better priced accommodation available so centrally located to the beach and the rest of the city, friendly…
I would return here assuming their prices stay competitive at the time of my booking.Mahadevi from Israel (8/10)

We did not eat the breakfast but it did look delicious and plentiful. We had rented a car at the the airport and this was a mistake for me as driving was so confusing. I recommend a taxi instead.
