  אדם היה נעים מאוד, סייע בכל מה שהיינו צריכים והיה זמין בכל שעה. וגם לקח לתשומת ליבו פיסת ביקורת קטנה שהייתה לנו.
  המקום מרווח ואסתטי וניכר שהושקע בו רבות.
  האיזור מאוד מרכזי ולרוב היעדים שתיכננו להגיע יכולנו להגיע ברגל או במונית קצרה.

  הדירה נמצאת בקומה רביעית בבניין חדש לחלוטין. ישנם שלושה חדרי שינה גדולים ומאובזרים. הסלון מחובר עם המטבח עם אי גדול ויפה. מרפסת השמש גדולה ופונה לכיוון צפון. גם לחדר השינה של ההורים יש מרפסת שמש נחמדה מאוד. האיבזור בבית מדהים. תריסים חשמליים בכל מקום וגם ווילונות. בסלון גם הווילונות חשמליים. כל האביזרים בדירה מתוחזקים כחדשים והניקיון ללא רבב.
  הכניסה לבניין נעימה ומוארת והרגשת הביטחון מצוינת.
  החניה של המכונית מתבצעת במתקן תת-קרקעי מדהים, אותו מתפעל המארח. קל מאוד להשיג את המארח והוא זמין כל הזמן בכל עניין.
  אהבתי מאוד שהמעלית נפתחת הישר לדירה. כמובן, שיש קודים מהכניסה לבניין, למעלית וגם קוד אישי בשביל הכניסה לדירה.
  כל האזור בו הדירה נמצאת, מוצל ושקט.
